As our society changes at an accelerating pace the virtues of our youth is decelerating.The problem affects all of our boys and girls regardless of race or ethnicity. Something has gone terribly wrong. Something must be done to fix it. The Zi Initiative has been established to begin addressing these issues in a collaborative fashion by bringing together individuals and organizations that hold promise for transformation.
