Zi Generation OUR YOUTHS ARE IN TROUBLE. As our society changes at an accelerating pace the virtues of our youth is decelerating.The problem affects all of our boys and girls regardless of race or ethnicity. Something has gone terribly wrong. Something must be done to fix it. The Zi Initiative has been established to begin addressing these issues in a collaborative fashion by bringing together individuals and organizations that hold promise for transformation. We serve as a forum for information exchange and dialogue. We help identify the most pressing issues. We help organize those who can contribute to change and facilitate collaborative solutions. Our vanguard program in this area is  Ensuring Healthy Futures  for adolescent and young adult males. But figuring out what that passion is can be even more elusive.   I’m lucky — I’ve found my passion, and I’m living it. I can testify that it’s the most wonderful thing, to be able to make a living doing what you love.   And so, in this little guide, I’d like to help you get started figuring out what you’d love doing.
